Shipping policy

Once your payment has been received please allow us at least 3 business days to process and ship your order.

When your order is shipped you will receive an automated email to confirm shipping and it will also include your tracking number which you can track through the Australia Post or other carrier's website.

Please understand that once your order has left our hands we no longer have control over it. So delivery and processing times are in the hands of the shipping company/carrier.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING:

We offer combined shipping, fit as many items as you can in to a weighted satchel.

You only pay what Australia Post charges us, there are no hidden fees or charges, and we also do not charge for packaging materials or handling.

Australia Post delivery times can vary so please allow 3 to 7 business days for your item to arrive. The Crafters Stop will follow your item until tracking states delivered. If there are any issues with delivery please contact us and we will assist as much as we can to help resolve the problem.
