Order Processing and Shipping Information
Once payment is received, please allow up to three business days for order processing and dispatch.
Should there be any delays and you have not received tracking information within five business days, we encourage you to contact us for assistance.
Upon shipment, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing your tracking number, which can be used to monitor delivery via Australia Post website or your designated carrier's website.
Please note that once your parcel has been dispatched, we are no longer able to influence delivery timelines, as shipping and handling are managed by the carrier.
We offer combined shipping—maximize your satchel by including as many items as weight limits allow.
You’ll only be charged the exact shipping fee billed to us by Australia Post. We do not charge for packaging materials or handling, and there are no hidden fees.
Delivery times via Australia Post can vary, so please allow 3 to 10 business days for your parcel to arrive.
